I have written news, reports and features for regional, national, online and overseas publications, largely in my main areas of expertise – health, food and nutrition.

I am especially interested in food allergy, food intolerance, coeliac disease and other gut or digestive disorders, such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) - as well as  food ingredients and labelling, ‘free from’ foods (eg gluten free, dairy free etc), food and diet trends, and vegetarianism / veganism.
